Quay Timber is one of the leading regional timber trade companies in the northeast of England. In the past years, the company was able to massively expand its web-based business. K&R hopes that the takeover will speed up the setup and expansion of the group’s digital business.

The branches of Quay Timber and K&R subsidiary Gill & Robinson in Newcastle are to be merged. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
