The transfer of the Hamburg site as well as the sales and warehouse locations in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in Rostock, Schwerin and Neustrelitz to Roggemann is planned for 1 March. In addition, Capital Baustoffe, Berlin, is expected to take over the warehouse in Dallgow-Döberitz near Berlin.
Talks are underway with potential buyers for the southern German sales locations without warehouses in Neuhaus a. Inn, Rosenheim and Neu-Ulm. The same applies to the locations in Nuremberg, Garching and Wolnzach. In addition to the company headquarters, Garching also houses the warehouse used by Klöpfer Construction with a focus on parquet and doors. In Wolnzach, the focus is on wood-based materials and valuable wood. Accordingly, three vacuum chambers and two fresh air exhaust air chambers are installed there for drying high-quality hardwood and softwood sawn timber.
The closure of the timber shops in Aschaffenburg, Walldorf and Kitzingen has not yet been confirmed.
There is no concrete information about the import company of the Klöpfer Group Weltholz in Bremen. Since Weltholz is active to a significant extent for other companies in the group, a sale is also expected here.
