The Austrian Timber Industry Association reports a sawdust price index of 404.44% (base: January 2001 = 100%) for the month of June 2025. Compared to May, the index value was up by only 0.24 percentage points. One year ago, a sawdust price index of 349.66% was recorded and therefore a year-on-year increase of 54.78 percentage points.
The Austrian price index for wood chips rose slightly by 0.71 percentage points month on month and reached 209.1% in June. Compared to the same month of 2024, the index value fell by 3.34 points.
