"After 2014 - which had been a mixed bag - things went significantly better for us in business year 2015. We achieved growth on all markets except for Eastern Europe", Internorm co-owner Christian Klinger sums up the situation at the annual press conference in Vienna. Internorm International, Traun, achieved the strongest growth in the UK/Ireland (+19%), Germany (+7%), France (+6%) and Switzerland (+6) followed by domestic market Austria (+2%). In Eastern Europe, the enterprise was faced with a decrease of 13%. With an export quota of 55%, 2015 maintained the level of the previous year. The group was able to boost the order inflow by 4%, and the total turnover increased by 1% to € 307 million (cf. 2014: € 304 million). Last year, about € 9 million went into product innovations, technology development and production and distribution at Internorm. This year, Internorm is planning on investing € 15 million. For May, the company announced bringing a wood/aluminum window system to market that implements a new core technology: the "I-tec Core" (a core of thin glue-laminated wood).
In the first quarter of 2024, West Fraser of Vancouver/CA generated US-$1.6 billion (€1.5 billion) in sales and reported earnings of US-$35 million (€32.7 million).
