“Thanks to the high degree of prefabrication of the construction elements for ceilings, walls and façades, the building was completed in September after only 15 months of construction,” Simon Pfeffer, technical division manager at Züblin Timber, says. By using mostly wood, for example 450 m³ of Leno cross-laminated timber for the ceilings and 165 m³ of glue-laminated timber for posts and beams, the new building embodies Züblin Timber’s sustainability strategy in construction.

The T3 offers a total of 123 workplaces which were designed according to the “New Work” concept. The innovative room layout combines separate rooms with open, spacious desk-sharing areas which can be flexibly adapted at any time. This modern office environment supports an agile way of working and promotes exchange and collaboration within teams, according to Züblin Timber.
