Next-generation housing: Another module factory planned in Bavaria

The facility will include an assembly line for housing modules which will be modeled on the automotive industry. Module production will be highly automated with robotics; with this, up to 180,000 m² of residential space per year can be produced at the site. The preferred construction methods are cross-laminated timber as well as wood-concrete hybrid and timber frame construction.

With its 250 employees, the Haubner Group is active across Germany in the fields of staircase construction, modular system construction, garage construction and modular building.
