Pellet prices fell

In April, pellet prices in Switzerland saw a marked decrease compared to the previous month.

The platform pelletpreis.ch reports an average pellet price of 361.8 CHF/ton (342.6 €/t) in April. Compared to the previous month, the price fell by 11.2 CHF/ton (10.6 €/t). In April 2019, the average pellet price was at 364.5 CHF/ton (345.1 €/t) in Switzerland.

3 tons of pellets cost 375.4 CHF/ton (355.4 €/t) in April. Compared to March, the price decreased by 12.4 CHF/ton (11.7 €/t). Pelletpreis.ch reports 334.1 CHF/ton (316.3 €/t) when a quantity of 17 tons is bought. This corresponds to a decrease of 9.8 CHF/ton (9.3 €/t) compared to March.
