In March 2020, neutralized pellet prices (VAT excluded, without transport and handling fees) fell by 1.2% compared to February to 182.9 €/ton. Year on year, they saw a 5% decrease.
In Germany, pellets cost 176.4 €/ton in March which corresponds to a fall of 3.5% compared to the previous month and of 7.8% compared to March 2019.
In Switzerland, the pellets price is at 226.9 €/ton. Compared to February, it fell by 1.1%. Year on year, however, it rose by 14.2%. When looking at the ten-year average, the neutralized pellet price was at 206.7 €/ton in March. Compared to the same month of 2019, it saw a 7.4% increase.
