Solid structural timber remains the most volatile glued timber product in 2025, too. Its price continued to rise in March.

At the end of the month, the product was sold for €370 to €400/m³, with a continued north-south gradient. According to manufacturers, rising raw material costs are the main reason for this price increase. In fact, the former are expected to reach the €300/m³-mark across the board by the beginning of the second quarter at the latest. Driven by lumber prices, some manufacturers have already announced possible further price increases in April.
