Rising temperatures and easing of the situation

In February and the first week of March, Austrian pulp mills and pellet producers received the contractually agreed quantities from sawmills, thus confirming the signs of an easing which had been observed in mid-February. In January, there had been widespread under-deliveries, especially of wood chips.
