OSB factory resumes production

Norbord resumed production in its OSB factory in High Level/CA in Alberta at the beginning of the week.

On the 21st of May, authorities evacuated the city due to extensive forest fires in the region and production was stopped temporarily. Now, the evacuation decree was lifted.

Norbord does not expect significant impact of the production decline on the group's results for the Q2 . The OSB factory has a capacity of 860 million ft² (800,000 m³).
