Finnish plywood production above last year's level

In the H1, the plywood production volume of Finland totaled 641,000 m³, according to the Finnish Forest Industries Federation (FFIF). With this, the volume grew 8% compared to the first six months of the previous year. This is the highest level since the H1 of 2008 (727,000 m³).

In the Q2, the production output was 300,000 m³ which indicates a production as compared to the same period last year. In comparison to the Q1, the manufactured volume however dropped by 4%.
