Belgian enterprise Lamett Europe from Deerlijk took over 100% of Morava Wood's (Unicov/CZ) business shares. With its 85 employees, Morava Wood produces high-quality solid wood floorings from oak for hardware stores, professional processors and flooring retailers in Europe. Production already starts in their own sawmill. "For Lamett Europe, this takeover marks an important step and represents a considerable strengthening of our reputation as a parquet specialist", Bruno Descamps, general manager of Lamett Europe, explains.

Lamett Europe has sales subsidiaries in 24 countries. Their assortment spans inexpensive floorings, classic parquet, laminate and vinyl floorings. 30 employees work for the floorings specialist in Belgium.
