Austrian window manufacturer plans to acquire 75% of Danish competitor

Austrian window and door manufacturer IFN Holding announced plans to acquire a 75%-share of their Danish competitor Kastrup Vinduet Holding. This merger has been filed with the Austrian Competition Authority on the 3rd of August; further details will follow.

Kastrup Vinduet is a producer of wood and wood-aluminium windows.
