It was announced yesterday that Pfleiderer Grajewo S.A., Grajewo/PL, intends to completely take over the shares of Pfleiderer GmbH in Germany. A vote on whether or not the takeover should be financed by a capital increase will take place at an extraordinary general meeting of Pfleiderer Grajewo in late July. The current majority shareholder of Pfleiderer GmbH is Atlantic S.A.
Pfleiderer Group employs more than 3,000 employees and has a turnover of approximately 1 billion €/yr. There are five production sites in Germany. Integrating and uniting the separate parts into one Pfleiderer company will strengthen the group's market position, a spokesperson said.
