In a pioneering project, Copenhagen-based Maritime Architecture Studio MAST and construction company BIK bouw propose the development of a floating neighborhood in Rotterdam’s disused Spoorweghaven. The planned development, with over 100 residential units, would be the largest of its kind in Europe and could set new standards for urban densification on water.
