The bigger building of the two called "Hyperion" will be designed by French architects Jean-Paul Viguier & Associés. The 18 storey residential building will hold 82 apartments. Construction start is planned for September 2017.

The lower multi-storey building designed by Art & Build goes by the name of "Silva" and is intended as an office building. GCR reports that 80% of the building will be made of cross-laminated timber. The completion of both buildings is projected for 2020.
