After Griffner house, also the second well-known prefabricated house manufacturer in Carinthia is now in difficulty: On 19 September, Wigo-Haus Vertriebs.ges.m.b.H. has filed for insolvency at the Provincial Court in Klagenfurt. In addition, the assets of Ing. E. Roth Gesellschaft m.b.H., Feldkirchen, were subjected to reorganization proceedings without self-administration. 94% of Wigo-Haus is owned by the Ing E. Roth company. A total of 104 employees are affected by the insolvency.

The debts amount to € 4.06 million for Wigo-Haus and to € 14.8 million for the Ing. E. Roth company. Yet in both cases, an exact statement of assets has not yet been presented. The aim is to reach a rehabilitation rate of 20%, payable within 24 months.
