Moma GmbH, the holding company of the entrepreneurial family of Dr. Thomas Muhr, has acquired Holz Centrum Regensburg GmbH (HCR) from the Outdoor Life Group. The acquisition is effective retroactively to January 1, 2026 and pending approval from the antitrust authorities.
