Capital increase before closing of the Iisveden Metsä acquisition

The Finnish wood-based panel and softwood lumber manufacturer Koskisen, Järvelä, completed the acquisition of the Iisveden Metsä sawmill, Iisvesi/FI, on June 1. The purchase, which was announced on March 10, was approved by the relevant authorities.
