The reason behind this step is the recently signed long-term partnership between Suzano and the B&C Group, Lenzing’s main shareholder. The acquisition of a 15% stake in Lenzing AG is part of this agreement. Lenzing welcomes the step taken by Suzano and is optimistic about the new partnership.
