According to the press release of the Provincial Department of Forestry, exclusively spruce forests were affected mainly in montane and subalpine altitudes. Apart from windthrow, the storm battered around 1630 km of the road network.

About a third of the total storm-damaged timber volume concentrated on six municipalities. Next to Welschnofen (361,000 sm³), Deutschnofen (270,000 sm³) and Aldein (194,000 sm³), the villages of Tiers (72,000 sm³), Enneberg (60,000 sm³) as well as Kastelruth (40,000 sm³) were affected.
