Antitrust fine against Czech State Forests Lesy ČR

The Czech Competition Authority has imposed a fine on the State Forests Lesy ČR for illegal restrictions on the export of logging residues and wood chips. The export ban was part of a highly controversial long-term contract for energy wood.
