A few weeks ago, Hermann Keller’s new pellet mill in Achern/DE went into operation. A convincing overall plant layout and decades of excellent collaboration prompted Hermann Keller to choose Rudnick & Enners, Alpenrod/DE, as machine supplier. The Westerwald-based company delivered the entire turnkey pellet mill – from the wood residuals receiving area, wet chip processing and the belt dryer with heat recovery to the pellet presses, truck loading, and bagging. “We wanted a single point of contact to avoid interfaces. We made the right choice,” managing director Christian Keller says.
