As part of the restructuring of its business units, the Hamberger Group has signed an agreement to sell its Flooring division to investment company Mutares SE & Co. KGaA. Mutares aims to strengthen its Goods & Services segment with this transaction. Subject to customary regulatory approvals, the transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026.
