As the German Timber Trade Association (GD Holz) reports, sales of nearly all important product groups decreased, e.g. lumber, planed timber, wood-based materials and timber construction elements. Business in the segments interior construction products (-3%), flooring (-3.5%) and garden wood (-1.5%) was slightly better. The outlook for autumn business is rather subdued.
