According to the association, the sawdust price index was at 878.06% in the month of December 2022 (January 2001 = 100%), and thus fell by 9.62 percentage points compared to the previous month. Year on year, however, the index value increased by 536.96 points.
As for wood chips, the price index continued its upward trend, which began at the end of 2021, albeit at a much slower pace. In December, an index value of 375.61% was identified. Compared to November, it was up by 0.99 percentage points. Compared to December 2021, an increase of 238.36 points was recorded.
