Detachable wall-to-floor connection

With Modulix, fastening specialist Sihga launched a detachable connector in early 2026 for the connection of timber frame and CLT walls to concrete foundations and bases. The connector is pre-assembled in the factory and can be adjusted on the construction site. It enables centric load transfer along the wall axis. Another new addition to Sihga’s product range is the digital, central measuring unit Monitorix Core IoT for improved moisture and crack monitoring of construction elements.
