From January to December 2025, 50,755 single-family and two-family homes (+14.6%) were permitted in Germany, of which 13,473 are prefabricated houses (+16.7%). At 26.5%, the prefabricated house sector once again recorded a year-on-year increase (2024: 26.1%).
