The Tectofix assembly table, which was developed by Bauer Holzbau, Satteldorf/DE, enables the precise prefabrication of large roof, ceiling, and wall elements. Tectofix convinces with its considerable cost-effectiveness. Claddings are assembled in the factory, thereby saving users at least 50% of the time they would need for traditional on-site assembly. Another advantage is the vertical installation which results in perfectly aligned and flush façades across all floors.

Efficient workflow

Once the substructure is attached to the wall elements, the point where the boards are to be divided is marked along the top beam of the ground floor and the threshold beam of the upper floor. Next, the upper floor is pushed closer to the ground floor. This way, the façade planks can be divided into a continuous area across both floors. After that, the walls are pulled apart again. This creates two separate workstations where the façade planks can be installed ergonomically and independent of the weather. This work is carried out on a standard Tectofix assembly table. No additional extensions are necessary. Around 200 users in Germany and neighboring countries already benefit from this system. All they need is an idea which they can then make a reality.
