As part of the divestment, all five operative subsidiaries of the R+S Group will be integrated into the Vinci Energies Building Solutions network. The subsidiaries primarily operate in the fields of electrical, building, and energy technology.
Nokera and Vinci Energies are seeking to build a strategic partnership for the construction of buildings in the infrastructure sector. This includes PPPs (Public Private Partnerships), such as schools and educational facilities, as well as employee housing for military organizations.
Jan Hedding, CEO of Nokera, commented on the divestment: “This transaction opens up new strategic perspectives for us. While we continue our established and successful collaboration with the R+S Group, we also plan to expand our range of services into the infrastructure sector by partnering with Vinci Energies.”
The transaction is subject to approval by the competition authorities and is expected to close on August 31. Nokera acquired the R+S Group recently, in the summer of 2023.
