Time-saving, precise and versatile – this is what best describes the Bezifix Anchor developed by Sihga of Olsdorf. What makes this screw so special is the fact no plugs are needed for the fastening of wood in concrete and that it can be loaded directly. In the push-through installation, the Bezifix Anchor is set quickly and easily using a tangential impact screwdriver. Thanks to the buttress thread in the front part of the anchor, it can be easily screwed into the pre-drilled concrete. The anchoring is achieved through the form-fit special thread. The diameter of the drilled hole is smaller than that of expansion anchors. This saves additional time during installation and reduces material costs.
Wide range of applications

In addition to the simple and safe installation, the Bezifix Anchor also convinces with its versatility. The system is approved for concrete quality C 20/25 to C 50/60 – both in cracked and non-cracked concrete. Three types of the concrete screw are available. “The Bezifix anchor ZF has a diameter of 7.5 mm and is available with a countersunk head and Torx drive,” Sihga tells us.
The company also offers the Bezifix Anchor ZS with a diameter of 10.5 mm and the Bezifix Anchor ZSS with a diameter of 12.5 mm, both of which have a hexagon head. The latter also comes with a washer. The thickness of the concrete should be at least 100 mm for the BeziFix Anchor ZF, 160 mm for the ZS and 200 mm for the ZSS Anchor. All types of screws are suitable both for the direct installation of timber sleepers or beams and the fastening of post support feet on concrete.
With the Bezifix anchor, users can count on a safe and time-saving product which also has the ETA (European Technical Assessment) approval, which is recognized throughout Europe. The innovative concrete screw is delivered with instructions on installation and the Stabebo SDS drill. With its four-edged geometry, the latter is particularly suitable for reinforced concrete and thus guarantees a good drilling result.
