Softwood lumber exports slightly weaker than last year

In the first eight months, Finland exported 5.83 million m³ of softwood lumber and planed timber, recording a decrease of 3.5% compared to 2025. Deliveries to Asia and Great Britain declined substantially, while exports within the EU increased.
