On August 22, after almost a year of construction, Holzindustrie Kirnbauer, Neunkirchen/AT cut the first log in its new sawmill. While giving the Holzkurier a tour of the site, Franz and Valentina Kirnbauer explained the reasons for building a new sawmill, the challenges they faced, and the energy efficiency of the machines.
