Swedish management and consultancy provider Profura, Göteborg, recently bought Ari Vislanda and Renholmen, Byske/SE, from the Lifco Group. The two machine manufacturers together generate a total revenue of SEK 153 million (e 15.8 million) per year and are supposed to keep acting independently. Under the owner holding ARA Technology Group they will be operated together with the previously acquired enterprise Almab Storvik. Profura is dedicated to the further development of promising medium-sized companies and offers consulting services in phases of structural change.
