At the moment, more than 650 million Euro pallets are in circulation, which makes the open EPAL Euro pallet pool “by far the largest Euro pallet pool in the world”, according to David Dellavalle, Vice-President of EPAL.

More than 500 EPAL licensees produce new EPAL pallets and over 1,100 companies repair used pallets, which ensures a constant supply and availability. “The tight EPAL licensee network in Europe avoids having to rely on just one supplier and ensures rapid delivery over short transport distances,” Tatyana Sargsyan, Vice-President of EPAL, comments.

EPAL has been organizing the Euro pallet exchange pool since 1991 and is currently active in 35 countries. EPAL’s main activities include the organization of the Euro pallet exchange pool and the quality assurance of the production and repair of EPAL Euro pallets and Box pallets.
