Half a year before the 2023 edition of the Ligna fair takes place in Hanover, two thirds of the long-standing exhibitors have already confirmed that they will participate in the trade fair. Thus, around 75% of the exhibition space is already booked.
“This positive development underlines the importance of Ligna as a central meeting point for the woodworking community and as a platform for development and innovation,” Dr. Bernhard Dirr, Managing Director of VDMA Holzbearbeitungsmaschinen, says about the high number of registrations. “After four years, the industry needs to meet face-to-face in Hanover. We are all the more pleased that nearly all market leaders have decided early on to participate in Ligna 2023 and to present innovations that will be on show at the fair for the first time.”
“We are convinced that – in close collaboration – with the exhibitors we will make the upcoming Ligna the familiar, leading international platform once again. Visitors can experience innovative solutions for all treatment and processing steps, from logging to surface finishing, along the entire value chain,” Ligna project manager Stephanie Wagner comments.
