At the Mass Timber Conference which takes place over the next two days, around 70 experts will talk about the production, application, and especially the future of solid wood products. Furthermore, attendees can visit an exhibition of more than 60 machine manufacturers and solid wood producers. The organizers expect more than 1000 participants.
Yesterday, the conference already featured two excursions one of which went to the very first MPP (mass plywood panel) factory of the world. The solid wood product developed by Freres Lumber and the corresponding production line was met with considerable interest.
