In response to this situation, Bergs Timber is reducing production in its Swedish sawmills by 35,000 m³ (6% of its annual Swedish output and 4% of the group's total production). At the same time, the sawmill in Orrefors that exclusively produced pine in previous years will mainly be used to process damaged wood during the winter. The Baltic sawmills of the group will be operating without changes.
