With a purchase volume of 1 million m³ (-38%), China is no longer Finland's main market. With a constant import level of 1.3 m³, this position went back to Egypt.

Relatively prominent were the losses in Great Britain: -7% to 920,000 m³.

A notable increase was observed for German imports of Finnish lumber last year: +250,000 m³ to a total of 520,000 m³ (+90%). Constant levels were reported for the other main destinations Japan (910,000 m³; +2%) and Algeria (510,000 ³; +2%).
