Full roundwood stocks

Swedish roundwood inventories were significantly higher by the end of September than last year.

According to the stock assessment of the Swedish forestry authorities, total stocks amounted to 9.3 million m³ by September 30th (round softwood, pulpwood, wood chips). This is 34% more than at the same time last year, internet platform skogsstyrelsen.se reports.

Estimates indicate that softwood sawlog stocks increased 22% year-on-year to a total of 2.8 million sm³.
