Subsidiaries of the Mitteldeutsche Pellet Vertrieb GmbH took over the three insolvent pellets plants in Osterfeld, Oranienbaum and Löbau. The consortium prevailed over other competitors in the bidding procedure and was awarded the contract, as freiepresse.de informs.
The factories used to belong to the Woodox Management GmbH which is linked to German Pellets. Every one of the plants has an annual production capacity of 75,000 t. The 70 employees are being kept on, as well.
